this how-to guide is for all suppositories at mother·s dose including:
full spectrum hemp/ CBD suppositories, vitamin e oil suppositories, dhea suppositories, tea tree oil suppositories, and hyaluronic acid (sodium hyaluronate) suppositories
please read the instructions below before use.
storage and opening:
- store in a cool place to prevent melting
- if necessary, any broken or bubbled suppositories can be melted and reformed in the refrigerator
- place the suppository in the refrigerator for up to 15 minutes prior to use
- wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before and after use
- to open the package, separate one shell from the rest, then gently peel the flat plastic tabs apart to reveal the suppository inside
insertion:
- you can insert while standing with your feet apart and your knees bent
- you can insert while laying on your back with your knees bent and legs slightly apart
- insert the suppository into your vagina as deeply as possible
- our suppositories may also be used rectally
- the suppositories work quick, and that is why they are the preferred route
- the effects are targeted/local, but also systemic throughout the body
so relax and be prepared to feel good from the inside
